He has over 15 years' experience as Finance Director/CFO of companies with between 5 and 500 employees. Warren has a particular background in Finance in the software industry and has had responsibility for operations in the USA, Europe, and Australia as well as the UK. His commercial experience includes raising capital, customer contract negotiation, licensing of intellectual property, cash flow management, restructuring for profitability, business acquisition. He has a specific interest in working with technology and other creative and innovative businesses.
Soo May qualified as a chartered certified accountant in London, training in audit. She then worked for a Big Four accounting firm in Melbourne, Australia, following which she returned to London and niche accounting practices specialising in owner‑managed businesses. She has a particular interest in effective systems of financial control and the quality of financial reporting.
